Return Policy

If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange it for you or provide you with store credit.

Returns may be mailed to us or brought back to our physical store. Non-sale merchandise in brand new condition with all tags and packaging intact may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt (less shipping charges).

All gift returns are for store credit only; no credit card refunds are available. Store credits may be used at tadaastudio.com.

Shipping Errors

If we make a mistake shipping an order, let us know right away and we will make it right, no cost to you.

Delivery Details

We ship daily.

USA – Domestic:
Orders of 1-2 yards are shipped via US Post Office Standard Mail and take 3-10 days to arrive.
Orders 3-7 yards of basic cotton fabric will ship USPS Priority Mail.

International:
We use Priority International Mail everywhere possible. Delivery times vary from 7-30 days depending on your location.

Privacy Policy

We NEVER sell or give your personal info or email address to another company - EVER!

Your credit card info is never stored, and never seen by anyone. We don't store it in your permanent customer info. The card number is erased immediately after the sale, for extra protection. There is nothing of yours here to steal. It means that you'll have to type your card number again when you return, but we hope you appreciate the extra safety and privacy it gives you.
